Rowan is a current master’s student in Environmental Science. Her research concerns the impact of environmental change on conflict resolution, development, and multilateral policy throughout the post-Soviet space. Prior to Yale, Rowan served as a Fulbright Research Grantee to Georgia, a Policy Fellow for the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, and Research Director for the Stanford U.S.-Russia Forum.
