Michael is a second-year J.D. student at Yale Law School. He is interested in international relations, the use of international institutions to promote democracy and mitigate conflict, and Eastern European history and politics. Michael’s experience before law school includes security assistance policymaking at the State Department in conjunction with European partner nations, as well as research into emergent international security threats. He holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Syracuse University.
