Meredith Noorda is a student in the MAR Religion and the Arts program at Yale Divinity School and Institute of Sacred Music. She received a BA in Art History and Curatorial Studies with a minor in French at Brigham Young University. During her undergraduate studies she completed internships at Christie’s and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris), along with additional work at the BYU Museum of Art and the Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship. Her research interests center on religious dress and textiles, with a particular focus on the 18th century in France and French-speaking territories.
