Eugenio García-Huidobro is a doctoral candidate at Yale Law School, where he also obtained his master’s degree as a Fulbright Scholar in 2017. In 2017-2018, Eugenio was a Fox Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University (School of Regulation and Global Governance). Before coming to Yale, Eugenio was a professor at the Catholic University of Chile Law School.
He is interested in comparative administrative law, institutional design, bureaucracies and, more broadly, how the ‘colonization of the lifeworld’ (Habermas) is affecting contemporary governance.
