Anabelle Gambert-Jouan specializes in medieval European art, with a focus on sculpture between 1200 and 1500. She is writing a dissertation on the architectural, artistic, and religious environments of polychrome wood sculptures, primarily in Italy and Iberia. Anabelle received her BA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, her MSt in History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of Oxford, and her MPhil in History of Art from Yale University.
