Mikhail Fridman, “Israel and the Diaspora: A Vision for a New Partnership”

On October 24, 2017, the Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale hosted Mikhail Fridman, international businessman and philanthropist, for a presentation and conversation on his Jewish identity and his thoughts on connections between Israel and the diaspora of Jews worldwide. Mikhail Fridman is co-founder of LetterOne, the international investment business, headquartered in Luxembourg, with offices in London and New York. He also co-founded the Genesis Philanthropy Group, which develops and enhances a sense of Jewish identity among Russian-speaking Jews worldwide.
