Swissness Applied is a transcultural analysis of New Glarus, one of several towns in America founded by European immigrants. The exhibition explores the translation of cultural image in architecture, showcasing the results of the community’s Swiss-themed building codes.
Supported by Consulate General of Switzerland in New York, Texas A&M University, Yale Architecture, Yale Architecture Ph.D. Dialogues, and the European Studies Council
